Configure Printer Settings

Select a default printer for printing.

Note:  These are the default settings for printing and are used for all printouts, unless group or individual chart print settings are set.

Note:  If required, you can add a print header, for example, a company logo, in the print output.

  1. Go to Settings > Default Settings > Printing.
  2. Paper size: Select the default paper size.
  3. Printer: Select the default printer. The printers listed in the drop-down box are set in Enable or Disable a Printer.
    Below options are only available on the group level (local print settings ).
  4. Title: Specify the print settings a meaningful title.
  5. Print at end of batch: Select this to specify Print at end of batch options.
    • Include Instrument name in title: Includes instrument name in title for all printouts
    • Include Batch name in title: Includes batch name in title for all printouts
    • Include Group name in title: Includes group name in title for all printouts
    • End of batch chart type: Select linear or spreadsheet option
    • Custom user folder: Click the Browse button to specify a destination folder for saving the automatic prints
      On the Users Folders dialog box, choose a folder from the available list and click Select.

  6. Click Save print/chart settings.
